The CMS isn't the goal. Outcomes are.

Most signage providers sell one platform — usually their own. We don't. We pick from a vetted partner stack based on what your displays actually need to do, how big the fleet is, and what your team will realistically use.

Our partner stack

Five CMS platforms. One choice per project.

We're certified across all five and we'll tell you honestly which fits your situation.

CMS

Zeetaminds

Fleet-scale management with strong scheduling, bulk operations, and reporting. Our default for large multi-site rollouts where ops needs to move fast across hundreds of screens.

CMS · AU

Fusion Signage

Australian-built, cloud-native, designed for ease. The right call when in-house teams need to update content themselves without a learning curve.

CMS · Enterprise

SignageLive

Mature, enterprise-grade, broad device support. Strong on integrations, security, and global rollouts. Picked when compliance and breadth matter more than simplicity.

CMS + Player

BrightSign

Vertically integrated CMS and player — same vendor, end-to-end. Our pick for premium fixed installs where set-and-forget reliability is the only metric that matters.

CMS · AI

Aidea

AI-driven content generation built into the CMS. The right answer when the content backlog is the bottleneck — turn briefs into on-brand creative in minutes, not weeks.

How we choose

Five questions, one recommendation.

We don't push the platform that pays us the highest margin. We pick the one that fits the brief. The choice usually comes down to:

  • Scale. Single site or national fleet?
  • Who edits the content? A central marketing team, or store-level staff?
  • Hardware constraints. Greenfield install, or working around an existing fleet?
  • Integration needs. POS, BI tools, MQTT, custom data feeds?
  • Compliance. ISO certification, data residency, GDPR exposure?
Vendor lock-in is the most expensive line item you don't know you're paying. Multi-CMS expertise is how we keep it off your invoice.
Common questions

Content management, answered.

What buyers want to know before they pick a CMS platform.

Can we change CMS later if the one we pick isn't working out?

Yes — that's actually the upside of our vendor-agnostic approach. We've migrated fleets between CMS platforms before. It takes planning (re-templating content, retraining users, scheduling the cutover) but it's nothing like the catastrophe single-vendor providers will tell you it is.

How much training will my team need to use the CMS day-to-day?

Varies sharply by platform and by the depth of the user's role. A store manager updating local promotions on Fusion Signage is productive in under thirty minutes. A marketing operations lead orchestrating a national campaign rotation on Zeetaminds will want a half-day session. We tailor training to the actual users, not a generic curriculum.

Do you offer hosted, on-premises, or hybrid CMS options?

All three, depending on the platform. SignageLive and BrightSign support on-premises and hybrid deployments — relevant for high-compliance verticals. Most retail and hospitality clients run fully hosted, which is faster to deploy and lower-overhead.

How does pricing compare across the five platforms?

Subscription pricing typically runs in the AUD $10-35 per screen per month range. Below that, you're usually looking at free/trial tiers that don't scale. Above that, you're paying for enterprise features that most operators don't need. We'll quote the actual numbers per-platform during the consult phase.

Can multiple brands or sub-brands share one CMS instance?

Yes — multi-tenancy and brand-segregation are standard features on all five platforms, with varying sophistication. If you operate a banner group with sub-brands, or franchise with corporate-vs-store content rights, we'll spec the right one for the governance model.

Do these CMSs support content approval workflows?

All five support some level of approval workflow. SignageLive and Zeetaminds have the most sophisticated multi-role approval chains. Fusion Signage and BrightSign keep it lighter. Aidea adds AI-generated content review — useful when the content team is the bottleneck.

Can you migrate us from our current CMS?

Yes. We've migrated from most of the major platforms (and a few obscure ones). The work is mostly content re-templating and player reconfiguration. The customers usually notice nothing during cutover.
