When the catalog doesn't cover it.
Some spaces don't fit a standard solution. Heritage venues that can't take cable trays. Video walls that need to look seamless. Hybrid rooms that have to work for ten people in the room and ten on Teams. We design these from first principles — and we own the install end-to-end.
The jobs that don't shrink to a quote sheet.
Video walls
Multi-panel installations with seamless bezels, synchronised content, and the structural and electrical engineering to back them up.
Hybrid & AGM rooms
Microphones, cameras, speakers, displays, control systems — designed so the room works for the people in it and the people on the call equally well.
Multi-zone audio
Background music, paging, announcements — zoned, scheduled, controlled. Restaurant chains, retail floors, venues.
Multi-screen IPTV
Synchronised broadcast across rooms, floors, or venues. Sports bars, hotels, corporate campuses, hospitals.
Heritage & constrained spaces
Older buildings, restricted cable runs, "you can't touch that wall." We find the path.
Interactive & experiential
Touch tables, kiosks, motion-triggered displays, AR signage. The "wow" moment installs.
Consult. Design. Build. Support.
Consult: Site walk, requirements, constraints, budget envelope. We come back with a recommended approach before anyone signs anything.
Design: Drawings, equipment schedule, BOQ, integration spec, installation method. You get a documented plan, not a verbal promise.
Build: Equipment procurement, on-site install, commissioning, calibration, user training. Australian crews, real project management, fixed-price-or-T&M as agreed.
Support: Warranty, ongoing maintenance, change requests, future-state upgrades. The relationship outlasts the install.
Custom AV, answered.
What clients want to know before they brief a bespoke AV install.
What's the minimum project size for custom AV?
Bespoke work makes sense from around AUD $15-25k installed value upward. Below that, off-the-shelf signage or meeting-room kits are usually a better fit — we'll tell you honestly which side of the line your brief sits.
Do you do design-only consults, or only design-and-build?
Both. Design-only is common when a client has an existing AV partner they're happy with but wants a second opinion on a complex install. We charge for the design work, hand over the documentation, and you take it to your installer.
Can you work alongside our existing AV consultant or integrator?
Yes — we often do. On large fit-outs we'll work with the architect, electrical contractor, ICT contractor, and the in-house AV team. The deliverable list gets explicit about who owns what so nothing falls between the cracks.
What about heritage or constrained buildings — cables, walls, planning approvals?
Heritage venues are some of our favourite work. We design around restricted cable runs, surface-mount conduit, wireless distribution where it works, and we'll engage with heritage architects when planning approvals are involved.
Do you handle the electrical and compliance certifications?
Where electrical work is needed, we work with licensed electrical contractors and the install gets a Certificate of Compliance for Electrical Work (CCEW). Fire and life-safety compliance for permanent installs is handled per state regulations. We'll quote with the compliance work included.
Warranty and ongoing maintenance — what's covered?
Equipment warranty matches the manufacturer terms (typically 1-3 years on commercial-grade hardware). Workmanship warranty on the install is 12 months standard. Optional ongoing maintenance contracts cover periodic inspection, fault response, and minor reconfiguration — quoted per site based on complexity.
Got a brief that doesn't fit a catalog?
That's exactly what we're for.
